Mary Davidson is a residential property specialist with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in Claremont and Lynfrae in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs.
Mary has worked in real estate since 2004 and has been with Pam Golding Properties since 2007. Her long established career, combined with 40 years of living in the area, gives her a deep understanding of the local community and the residential property market.
Mary holds CEA, NQF4 and PDE qualifications, as well as a BSc Hons in Sociology and a Public Relations Diploma. Her academic and professional background has developed strong people and communication skills, which she applies to every property transaction.
She understands that buying or selling a home can be a significant financial and emotional decision. Her approach is empathetic, professional and focused on listening carefully to the needs of both buyers and sellers. She believes that understanding the people behind a transaction is essential to helping match the right buyer with the right property.
Having lived in the area for four decades and raised her children within the local community, Mary has an intimate connection with Claremont and Lynfrae. Her local knowledge extends beyond property to the schools, neighbourhoods, amenities and community networks that contribute to the area's appeal.
Mary is actively involved in her community through organisations and initiatives including BECA, Choo Choo Park and the Neighbourhood Watch. She is also an active leader at Common Ground church, where she runs an evening ladies Bible study.
Her philosophy is to build relationships that extend beyond a single property transaction. Mary aims to provide exceptional service during and after the sale, with a focus on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Outside of real estate, Mary enjoys hiking, exploring the Cape Peninsula, wine and dining, reading with her Book Club and occasionally playing classical piano.
