Hello, I am Mary, and I have been working in the Real Estate industry since 2004 and with Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in residential sales in the Claremont and Lynfrae area. I hold my CEA, NQF4 and PDE qualifications, in conjunction with BSC Hons in Sociology, and a Public Relations Diploma. This has equipped me with the people skills necessary to interact with both buyers and sellers on a daily basis, enabling me to match the right buyer with the right property. Buying or selling a property can be stressful but with the empathetic service I provide I can alleviate much of that
Having been a resident in the area myself for the past 40 years, with children going to the local schools I have an in-depth knowledge of the area. I understand the importance of our community and am actively involved with BECA, the Choo Choo park and the Neighbourhood Watch. As an actively involved leader in a local church (Common Ground) I run the evening ladies bible study.
At the weekends when I’m able to take a few hours off I enjoy hiking and exploring our beautiful peninsula. When the opportunity arises, I do love to do some wining and dining, and share my love for books and reading with my Book Club ladies and although my piano skills are a bit rusty I’ve been known to play the classics from time to time.
My aim is to have clients for life, and to offer exceptional service both during and after the sales period achieving the best possible price for my seller in the shortest possible time.
