Alchemy
Alchemy is our proprietary client and property management system. It was created specifically for and by us - no other real estate agency in South Africa has a system like it.
Alchemy makes admin and marketing activities effortless:
- It integrates into the Lightstone Property Reporting system for customised, polished, branded home data reports.
- It automates aspects of communication to send and print sales and mandate gathering collateral.
- It enables you to independently target sellers and buyers and secure exclusive mandates.

- It serves as a single, centralised point for your contacts, comments, filing and communications.
Marketing
Our brand carries positive heritage and attributes. As an agent, you have access to our internal marketing agency, which produces all the necessary materials to promote your properties across digital and traditional platforms, including emails, brochures and social media content.
Training
The Pam Golding Training Academy empowers our agents with ongoing skills development. With both classroom and online learning, our training is relevant, practical and focused on the skills you need to grow your business and career.
