Hi, I’m Tiaan and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2012. I am a resident as well as the preferred property specialist at Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Estate. Property is my passion and selling is my game. I enjoy fishing and running along this pristine coast in my free time. I already have what you want, let me show it to you.
I was brought up in a real estate family and as a result I started doing part time show houses in my final year of studying and that is where the love of selling started for me. I have an extensive background in Town Planning, which gives me a competitive edge in this industry. I spent five years in the UK while I was studying and this has helped me deal with all different types of people from all over the world.
I have been awarded Gold Club status for 3 consecutive years since joining Pam Golding Properties. I was awarded Most Sales Units for the last two years in the Garden Route, Eastern Cape and Northern Cape. I was also awarded category winner in 2014 for Highest Sales Value achieved in Garden Route, Eastern Cape and the Northern Cape region. I am currently responsible for almost 70% of sales on the Pinnacle Point Estate.
During the last month, I was responsible for concluding a total of 14 sales to the value of well over R10 million. One of the main reasons that I love working in the industry is that I am responsible and liable for managing my own time and money. I have worked my way up and am currently involved in a lot of areas on the estate.
Besides from residing on the estate, I am also currently a trustee on the Pinnacle Point Golf Villas. I am the Co-Chair of the Pinnacle Marketing Committee and also a golf committee member at Pinnacle Point. Further I am also a Co-Chair of the Architectural and Design Committee of Pinnacle Point.
