I have been a property professional with Pam Golding Properties since 2019, specialising in residential property sales in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.
Born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, I have a strong connection to the area and valuable local knowledge of its communities, neighbourhoods and property market. I pride myself on providing honest advice, professional service, clear communication and attention to detail.
Before entering real estate, I spent 10 years working in the IT sector for a large international company. I later became a stay at home mother while assisting my late husband with the management of his businesses, including a property development company.
I also have personal experience as a property investor and buyer. My late husband and I owned a number of investment properties, many purchased through Pam Golding Properties. This gave me valuable insight into the buying and selling process and a genuine understanding of the needs and expectations of property clients.
I believe successful property transactions are built on trust, communication and consistently delivering on your promises. I bring this philosophy, together with my local knowledge and business experience, to every client I work with.
Outside of real estate, I am a proud mother of two boys and enjoy fitness, a healthy lifestyle and supporting my sons in their sporting activities.
