Hello, I am Janine van Greunen and have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2019. I am Your Agent of Choice in the Pietermaritzburg area, specialising in residential sales. I grew up in Pietermaritzburg which allows me the opportunity to provide local insight to my clients.
A genuine passion and love for what I do drives me to succeed. I am a perfectionist with a strong work ethic and pride myself in being honest, reliable, and professional always.
I am a proud Mom of two boys and firmly believe that family is everything.
Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, I worked in the I.T. field for a large international company for 10 years, before being fortunate enough to stay-at-home to raise my boys. During this time, I assisted my late husband with the management of his various businesses. His most recent company being involved in property development. Together we owned numerous investment properties, the majority of which were bought through Pam Golding Properties. Through these transactions, I gained a fair amount of knowledge in both buying and selling properties from a buyer’s perspective, which enables me to relate to my clients’ needs and expectations.
Outside of the office, I am passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I love to watch and support my boys in their various sporting activities, so most Saturdays are spent next to the sports field cheering them on.
