I am Debbie Pughe-Parry of Pam Golding Properties in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
I love being a part of the property industry because it re affirms my value system in an extremely competitive and often difficult environment.
The daily interactions are important to me, whether they’re moments shared with a seller about to launch a much-loved home on the market or a first-time buyer ready to put in an offer, or someone dealing with a bereavement. Guiding and assisting people at such a vulnerable time in their lives is what I do best.
My role model has always been the doyen of our industry, the late Pam Golding. She possessed great wisdom and insight, giving her attention, empathy and understanding to every interaction. This industry has taught me resilience and patience. I see my role as a professional facilitator, reaching out and always being on hand to help my clients.

I have 16 years of real estate experience behind me, as well as my NQF4 Real Estate Qualification and my accreditation with the PPRA (Property Practitioners’ Regulatory Authority).
During my career I have been awarded Gold Club Status and hold a Long Service Award.
My warmth, integrity, and creativity define me as an estate agent as well as the person you will meet. I strive for quality in all aspects of life and to remain my authentic self.
I have an extensive portfolio of successful sales to my name, ranging in price from entry level to the multi-millions, to attest to this yet there is no property is too big or too small.
After spending five years as a new challenge in beautiful and vibrant Somerset West, I returned home last year to resume my career as a Pam Golding area specialist in Walmer.
I am settled and excited to be ‘’back home’’ and canvassing in this leafy garden suburb.
I have owned properties in Walmer and Summerstrand. Through my own experiences of selling and buying, I’m able to provide my clients with clear insights of the processes involved.

I grew up in the “Friendly City” and raised my family here. I am blessed to be the mother of three intelligent, successful, and inspiring young women.
I am the grandmother of twin granddaughters and two grandsons. My grandson Joshua, now 16 years old, is sadly a non-neurotypical child. For this reason, I support the cause of disability, especially in children, wholeheartedly.
When I am not out working, I can often be found wondering in a nursery, browsing plants for inspiration and some ‘’soul food’’. I love all kinds of gardening, though I tend to lean toward working with indigenous plants.
I derive daily pleasure from watering, weeding, pruning or just sitting on our patio, giving thanks at the end of the day, while watching the birds at the feeders.
Animal care has a place in my heart. Last year, I hosted a charity event for Missionvale’s Annie’s Animals, which highlighted the coming together of our Walmer agents in a massive support of animal needs. It was a huge success and most rewarding.
And then there’s travel. I’ve been fortunate to have travelled overseas extensively, yet there are a number of places on my ‘’bucket list’’ still to see.
Art has been a passion and I studied Ceramics when my children where younger. I still enjoy exhibitions at local venues and especially follow South African artists.
Homemaking is very much who I am. I always arrange fresh flowers in my home and de-clutter when I can. I love trying new recipes and cooking up family favourites. I have an interest in collecting vintage wines and like to attend food and wine pairing events. I am honoured to have a close circle of friends, so home entertaining is a pleasure and never a chore.
My main inspiration comes from those I love and their belief in me.
