Hi, I’m Christy De Klerk, a Property Consultant with Pam Golding Properties, proudly serving the Swartland District. I hold my PPRA qualification and obtained two degrees from Stellenbosch University in 2012. My career began in retail, where I developed a strong foundation in communication and relationship building, skills that now form the core of my real estate practice.
My love for real estate and architecture started the moment I could hold a pen. As a child, I’d spend hours drawing up house plans, complete with interior layouts, and passionately explaining every detail to my parents. Today, that same enthusiasm fuels my approach. I believe every home has a heart, and my role is to find the owner whose dreams align with it.
I’m especially drawn to historical properties, with their stories, character, and craftsmanship. Having travelled extensively abroad, I’ve learned that no landscape compares to the golden wheat fields of the Swartland. My focus areas are Malmesbury and Moorreesburg, with my farming network extending into the Bergrivier region.
Growing up on a farm, I understand and value the unique rhythm of country life. It’s a privilege to help families return to their roots, to a lifestyle of space, simplicity, and connection. That look on someone’s face during the first few minutes of discovering their dream home, that’s why I do what I do.
