Hi, I’m Rachel Wilkinson, area specialist for Sunninghill Full Title. I began my real estate career at a family orientated luxury agency before being approached by Pam Golding Properties to join their dynamic Fourways team.

I am passionate about delivering next level service to my clients therefore I stay up to date on Sunninghill’s property market and trends, and analyse sales data. This has allowed me to become a true expert in the area, knowing everything from the average price per square meter for specific types of properties to the best school districts and local amenities. My clients appreciate my attention to detail and personalized approach to their needs. I take the time to listen carefully to my clients, understand their requirements and find properties that match their criteria.

I am passionate about real estate digital marketing and I have an ever-growing social media presence and offer great insight and refreshed ideas on marketing properties in a unique way to allow potential buyers to engage with properties in a user-friendly way. If I’m not selling houses, you’ll find me riding my horses or enjoying the outdoors in a local park with Hazel, Jessica and Dora- my three rescue dogs.
