Hello, I'm Helder. I have been working with my business partner, Stelle MacBean, and Pam Golding Properties since 2007. Together, we specialise in freehold residential properties in Kensington. Our primary focus is to provide professional service to our exclusive Sole Mandate clients.
I am a Full Status Agent and hold my PPRE (Professional Practitioner in Real Estate). I have successfully written and passed the Professional Designated Exam Level 4 quality assured by the Estate Agent Affairs Board. I hold my M.I.E.S.A certificate, F.F.C Certificate, NQF Level 4 - Real Estate, along with a Certificate in Metrology (South African Bureau of Standards) and I am currently studying towards a Business Management Certificate.
My experience as an Estate Agent has been molded single handedly by my business partner Stelle MacBean, who has been the household name in Kensington for the past 26 years. Her example of professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness is an inspiration to me, as she upholds the ethos of Pam Golding herself.
