A new school year should begin with possibility, not with a child worrying about whether they have a pen, pencil or an exercise book.
Across Gauteng, there are learners who begin each school year without the basic stationery they need in the classroom. Pam Golding Properties Gauteng Metro is coming together to help change that.
Through our Gauteng Metro Stationery Drive, our six regional offices are collecting new stationery to support schools and learners within the communities we serve, helping more children start the 2027 school year equipped, confident and ready to learn.
Small essentials. A meaningful difference.
We’re inviting our agents, clients and communities to help us collect everyday classroom essentials, including:
- Pens and pencils
- Exercise books
- Rulers
- Erasers and sharpeners
- Colouring books
- Pencil crayons and colouring supplies
- Other basic stationery essentials
Each of our participating offices will work with a beneficiary school in its local community to understand what its learners need most.
Our goal is simple: to have all donations collected, sorted and ready before schools close in December 2026, so that stationery can reach learners in time for the start of the 2027 school year.
Community has always been at the heart of what we do.
This initiative builds on a legacy that began in our West Rand region. In 2016, Pam Golding Properties agent Linda Nunes worked alongside Trinityhouse Little Falls High School to collect almost 400 stationery packs for learners at Boskop Primary School in Honeydew.
A decade later, we're taking that spirit of giving across Gauteng Metro.
From Hyde Park to Bedfordview, Fourways to the East Rand, Midrand to the West Rand, each office has an opportunity to make a difference within the community it knows best.
Simply purchase and donate new stationery at any of our participating Pam Golding Properties Gauteng Metro offices:
Hyde Park | Fourways | Midrand | Randburg | Bedfordview | Benoni | The Parks | Kempton Park
Can't make it to an office? If you live within one of the areas we serve, speak to your local Pam Golding Properties agent to arrange collection of your donation from your home.
Whether it's one pencil case or enough stationery to fill a box, every contribution brings us closer to helping another learner walk into the classroom prepared.
Because sometimes the tools needed to build a brighter future really are as simple as a pen, a pencil and a blank page.
Help us give Gauteng's learners the tools to Start Strong in 2027.
