With  a wide range of projects covering all aspects of building and restoration in the Cape Peninsula, Kevin Dore, Brian Rabinowitz, and Peter Truter have joined forces to restore the magnificent Greenways Manor House. 

Tony Matthews, formerly with The Murray & Roberts Group, the remaining member of the  team, resumes a relationship that started in the late 1990s when Kevin, Brian and Peter worked with the Murray & Roberts Properties Group on the DG Murray offices in Claremont. The trio worked with Tony again in 2006 on the construction of the Market Toyota Dealership in Dreyer Street, Claremont.

During their combined time of 99 years at R +  N Master Builders  Kevin, Brian and Peter worked on numerous prominent redevelopment projects, including the New Kings & Majestic in Kalk Bay, the Fugard Theatre, the Cape Quarter Precinct and numerous up market homes in Cape Town.
