She has also received extensive national and regional recognition in previous years, including Winner Agent of the Year for Residential in 2020, Winner Agent of the Year for All Categories in 2021 and Winner Agent of the Year for Residential Category A in 2021. She has achieved Emerald Circle status each year from 2020 through 2026.
Born and raised in Cape Town, Kim began her real estate career in 2017. Her connection to property is deeply rooted. Her father was one of the founders of Durr Estates, and Kim spent much of her childhood accompanying him to show houses and auctions. These early experiences created a lasting appreciation for property and a genuine understanding of the connection people have with their homes.
Kim holds a BA in Psychology from Stellenbosch University and completed her NQF4 and PDE in real estate. Before entering property, she established a career in events and wedding planning in the UK and Cape Town.
Kim has a particular appreciation for high end residential property and the distinctive character of Bishopscourt, Bishopscourt Village, Claremont Upper and Kenilworth Upper. Her local knowledge, understanding of people and extensive experience in residential property enable her to provide thoughtful advice to buyers and sellers.
