De-husking unit:

The nuts are tipped into an 8-ton hopper and carried by conveyor belt to a six-lane de-husker.
After de-husking, the nuts pass through a tumbler sizer that removes undersized nuts.
The nuts then travel along a conveyor belt through a sorting station, where staff remove any visibly defective nuts.
The nuts pass through a water bath, where immature nuts float and are removed.
The nuts are dried in an 8-ton bin. Once they reach the required moisture level, a conveyor transfers them to an 11-ton bin for storage until they are transported to a processor.
On offer as a going concern with farm equipment (inventory available) included.
