I have been in this industry for 13 years and have loved every moment of it. I successfully completed my EAAB exam in 2003 and my NQF5 real estate qualification in 2011. The areas I specialise in are Komatipoort, Malelane, Barberton towards Badplaas and further south in association with the franchisee of Ermelo.
I am the principal and agent for the Nkomazi office. I grew up on a farm and farmed for 22 years before I joined Pam Golding Properties. I’m very proud of my personnel, their performance and what we have achieved thus far. In the last few years we have received numerous regional and national awards for Rookie Franchise of the year, Franchisee of the year, Best Marketing Franchise, Franchise of the year and Top selling Franchisee of the year.
What I love most about being in the real estate industry is being able to relate and work with my farmer clients because of my farming history. It is very rewarding to successfully facilitate a transaction between a seller and a buyer that has a special range of conditions. Farm transactions really make me tick!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and going for hikes. I love to do a multi-day backpack as well as day trails. I am also a member of the hiking Lowveld Rambling Club.
