Pre-Qualification

Before arranging a viewing, please note that all prospective tenants are required to meet the following minimum application criteria:

- Gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rental.

- A satisfactory credit record, with no adverse listings such as defaults, missed payments or judgments.

- A positive landlord reference from your current rental if you are renting

- Proof of income and supporting documentation, including your latest 3 months' bank statements as well as your latest payslip from your employer.

- The occupant must be the Lease Holder and Applicant unless it is a parent applying on behalf of their student child.

- The application remains subject to the landlord's approval and our standard screening process.

For applicants who are not South African citizens: Please note that valid immigration documentation is required in order to apply for a long-term lease. Applicants must confirm their current visa status (e.g. work, study, etc.) and provide valid supporting documentation. All visa conditions must be complied with, and the relevant documentation must remain valid for the duration of the proposed lease.
