Livestock farm for sale in Middelburg Rural
Karoo Lifestyle Retreat
If your dream is wide-open spaces, complete privacy and breathtaking views, this remarkable north-facing lifestyle property, nestled against the Renosterberg forming part of the majestic Sneeuberg Range, deserves your attention. This peaceful setting, 22 km's from Middelburg, has a secure entrance with access to only two farms.
The comfortable main residence features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, complemented by a dining area, lounge with fireplace, sun porch, veranda and an office. A kitchen and separate scullery complete the home. The substantial covered braai area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful farm surroundings.
Here, serene tranquillity is part of everyday life, whether you're enjoying long summer evenings on the veranda or gathering around a crackling fire during the cooler winter months.
Good-quality water is sourced naturally from two mountain springs and supplemented by boreholes, ensuring water security.
Adding to the farm's independence is a substantial off-grid solar system, allowing for independent water and electricity supply. This offers the freedom and sustainability that many modern buyers seek, without compromising on comfort. There is a 5KVA solar inverter with three 5.4 Kwh batteries for the house and a solar pump installation used to irrigate the 3.5 ha's of lucerne/pasture, via permaset sprayers.
Additional improvements include a substantial barn/shed with attached covered parking for at least 4 vehicles, original stone kraals and 2 staff houses.
Whether you're looking for a self-sufficient lifestyle property, or a tranquil country retreat, this unique property offers an exceptional opportunity.
