Clifton, a farm situated on the Koonap River, between Fort Beaufort and Grahamstown. It is 1491,8392ha in extent (4 titles) and has a public road which creates three separate portions.

Section one has a house and outbuildings which are situated close to the Koonap River. This farm was once an English horse breeding property, so the main house dates back to 1839. A third section has a hunting lodge which sleeps 20 people (four separate units). This is home to East Cape Plains Game Safaris which was founded in 1978. This Lodge is off the grid using solar and two 5KW batteries.
