Cottage for sale in Tofo, Mozambique

This newly built guest house sits high overlooking Tofo village, with panoramic views taking in the ocean, the lagoon and sunset. A 10min walk from both Tofo and Tofinho beach, it offers a peaceful retreat nestled on the dune. Each of the four bedrooms are air conditioned and en-suite with spacious hot water showers.

The open kitchen/living area features high end appliances, ample configurations of seating, and is filled with photographs of local wildlife. Each of the four air conditioned bedrooms can be configured as a twin room or a king sized double, both with mosquito nets.

The house features beautiful exposed roof trusses giving an airy openness to the space, but closed up at night so wont allow any bugs in.

The whole house is protected by an automatic voltage regulator so you don't have to worry about your electronics being fried when the power gets a bit frisky. Even though Tofo has a fantastic array of eating dens, the kitchen has everything you need to cater for a big family group.

There is plenty of room for a swimming pool.
