The lovely unit is set on the beach front of Port Alfred and is a short walk from Kelly's Blue Flag Beach. The semi open plan living are downstairs includes dining room, kitchen and lounge. The lounge open up onto a enclosed garden. There is also a patio on the north side sheltered from the wind. There is a built in braai. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. 2 of the rooms have double beds and the 3rd room has 2 single beds (please note that this room is not suitable for young children as it is a balcony that overlooks the lounge. An additional bed in the lounge allow for accommodating an extra person.

Municipal water feeds the house but there is a backup water tank that feeds the house in even of not municipal water supply.

Port Alfred, known as the heart of the Sunshine Coast, is well positioned along the coast and is easily accessible via Port Elizabeth, East London and Grahamstown. Its most favorable attractions include the Kowie River - navigable for 27km and with plenty of recreational opportunity, The East Beach - ideal for surfing, The West Beach and Kelly's Blue Flag swimming beach, as well as the Prestigious Royal Alfred Marina and Small Boat Harbour.
