Good day, I am Dana Thompson and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties in White River since 2007. I specialise in residential properties in the White River area. When I am not doing that, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and my passion is cooking all kinds of European dishes. I started with Pam Golding Properties on the 1st of May 2007 and I have since successfully completed my NQF4, PDE4 and PPRE real estate qualifications. In a short period of 5 months I qualified as a Gold Club Agent. I always strive to do my very best and take into consideration my client’s needs and requirements. I love working with people and it gives me great satisfaction to find the right property for a buyer and to provide both buyer and seller with excellent service and provide prompt feedback.
What I strive to do is provide my clients with an unforgettable and professional service experience in order for them to think of me once again when they are in need of an estate agent. My most notable sale I concluded was selling 7 units in 3 weeks to the value of R7 650 000 and my most recent sale was a property I sold for R1 350 000 on 10% commission plus VAT.
What I love most about working in the real estate industry is meeting people and interacting with new clients every day. I have a positive attitude in solving problems and finding the right solutions. I love team work and the training provided by Pam Golding has been invaluable to my career. My proudest career achievements was receiving Elite Gold Club status, 2009 Central Region Agent of the Year award, 2009 Highest Commission and Highest Value award as well as receiving a National Certificate.
