I qualified as an estate agent in 1990, completing the RPL training in 2010 and am fully qualified in the NQF4. I sell plenty of holiday homes to clients looking for their perfect country escape, as well as homes and second or third properties to community locals and even commercial properties such as B&Bs or farms.
Outside of the office I’m an avid cyclist and “sani2c” regular and have a few Comrades Marathon medals to my name. Whether its exercise in the fresh air, sitting back and unwinding on a veranda, gardening, watching children let lose outside or tubing along a river, there couldn’t be a better backdrop to do it against than the Southern Drakensberg.
I absolutely love living where I do! The view of the Berg at sunrise or sunset, the radiance against a bright summer sky or snowcapped in winter never fails to take my breath away. So helping my clients find their own piece of paradise is an ideal job for me.
I have a large portfolio of property listings, many of which are sole mandates and in very few instances I haven’t had the right property in my books for a client. That didn’t stop me from going out and finding it. I searched and approached potential sellers who haven’t yet put their properties on the market. I go above and beyond to satisfy my client’s needs.
