"The Pam Golding Way."
The district of Underberg/Himeville - now officially known as KWA-SANI, is situated in the Southern Drakensberg area of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The Drakensberg is a high altitude area and perfect for sports training teams. We are justifiably proud of our mixed World Heritage status, the Drakensberg known as the Ukhahlamba National Park. It is unusual for an area to be declared both a Natural and Cultural Heritage Site, which is proof that we have something special in this magnificent part of South Africa!
Despite being a predominantly farming community, Underberg and Himeville have grown considerably over the last twenty years and are now also home to many successful commercial businesses. The district is popular for young and old – many persons retiring from city professions escape the rat-race and spend their retirement in this area known for its beautiful scenery and fine trout fishing. We also have a selection of properties for sale in East Griqualand, consisting of grazing, crops and timber arms, in one of South Africa's best livestock farming areas. If you want value for your money, quite simply, you cannot do better. Add to that the untapped eco-tourism opportunities and you can only decide that this is the area for you.
