Hello, I am Lizette. My passion for the Pam Golding brand began in 2006 when I started working as a real estate agent in Stellenbosch. I loved it right from the start. Apart from meeting wonderful and interesting people, I have ever since been eating, drinking, and sleeping property. I can identify so well with the heart of the brand, based on the principles of empathy, knowledge, experience, and integrity.
After living in Stellenbosch for 35 years, we moved to our beachfront apartment in Strand in 2017, when I joined the Pam Golding Helderberg team. Now, in 2020, I am thrilled to be back in my beloved Stellenbosch that I know so well - selling residential property as enthusiastic as ever.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in real estate. I am diligent, dedicated and I am driven by excellence. I walk the extra mile for clients. I have been awarded GoldClub status numerous times, an award for agents who have achieved and maintained a consistently high level of excellent service and adhered to the strictest principles of ethical conduct.
I thrive on inspiring people and making them happy, and what could make someone happier than finding the place that makes them happiest, their home? I love to see the magic unfold when the right buyer walks into the right property. Selling a house and parting with a cherished family home can be very emotional and stressful. I know that people often find themselves in this position because of an unfortunate circumstance. I am empathetic, I listen, and understand the needs of people. When I take time out, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, watching a good movie or show at the theatre, walking in nature, moving to the rhythm of music and fixing things. Some of my great passions are art and architecture, interior design, discovering and exploring interesting places and travelling to far and wonderful destinations.
