Hello, I am Dirk and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2006. I specialise in residential property sales through all of Stellenbosch, ranging from entry family homes to upmarket and exclusive new developments such as Welgegund Domaine Privé, Brandwacht Aan Rivier and De Bosch Estate.
I obtained my BComm Finanical Management degree through the University of Stellenbosch in 2002, have experience in the finance and auditing sector, and hold my Professional Practitioner in Real Estate certificate. I began my career in Real Estate in 2006 and have never looked back.
In my career with Pam Golding Properties, my hard work has been rewarded with Gold Club membership on numerous occasions. This makes me one of the top agents in Sales and Services within the Pam Golding Group.
I pride myself in providing service excellence. I am passionate about property and people, and endeavour to exhibit honesty and integrity at all times. I find it greatly rewarding to assist clients in making these significant decisions in finding their perfect home or investment.
