Hello, I am Tasha Whiffler
I have an NQF4 qualification and have been in property sales since 2023.
Although I am relatively new to the industry I have realised that from the moment I stepped into my first property viewing, I knew this industry was more than just bricks and cement - it was about people, stories, and life changing decisions. That moment sparked a passion that’s grown into a career built on trust, transparency, and genuine care for my clients.
My journey in property started at a much younger age when my father was a very successful property developer in Camps Bay, this motivated me to learn more about the industry.
I have worked in many areas in the market and built strong relationships with my clients as well as a deeper understanding of what each individual buyer, seller, landlords and tenant really need.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling with my family, socialising with my close circle of friends and shopping which all links me back to my past profession of importing clothing as a merchandising agent for the South African retailers out of China and Mauritius.
