Hello, I am Edelweiss and I began working with Pam Golding Properties in 2008. I specialise in residential property sales and Agriculture sales in the Somerset West and Strand areas. I obtained my BEd Degree through the University of Stellenbosch, and hold my Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification.
I have lived in the Helderberg region (Strand and Somerset West) for the past 29 years. Combined with my 11 years’ experience in the real estate industry, I have extensive knowledge of the local property market. As a Real Estate agent, my primary function is to be my client’s trusted advisor. The abundance of information about buying and selling a property can be overwhelming. My job is to guide my clients through this stressful process and present the most important, necessary and up-to-date information. This ensures they are able to make a sound decision given their options.
My hard work and loyalty to both company and clients places me with the upper hand. Honesty and integrity are essential to relationship building with my clients. Through these values, I am able to represent my customers in the most professional manner.
I am truly blessed to live in the beautiful town of Somerset West. It is set in an abundance of history, with plentiful wine farms such as Vergelegen, Morgenster and Lourensford.
When I am not selling property I indulge in my artistic skills with painting and sculpting. I have a keen palette for fine dining, and enjoy going for walks through the vineyards, in the forest or along our beautiful beach.
