Hello, I am Pierre Nel. I am your Franchisee for Pam Golding Properties, Plattekloof and Edgemead. I specialise in residential property sales and rentals in Baronetcy Estate, Leopard Rock, Little Rock, Villa Caponero, La Vie, Kleinmeer and Silwerkloof. I hold my NQF5 in Real Estate, a National Certificate in Project Management and am currently working towards completing my International MBA in Property.

With over nine years’ experience in the real estate industry, my passion is still focused on my clients and my team. I live and work for people, I pride myself in always keeping their best interests at heart and strive to meet their unique property requirements. My success is a result of my enthusiasm and determination to achieve best results for both buyers and sellers.

I am creative, love fresh ideas and embrace new challenges. I believe bigger is not always better, however, better always builds a stronger character. I enjoy meeting people and finding solutions to ensure they have an uplifting experience when looking for property, I make the process as stress-free as possible for each client.

You may ask what differentiates me from the norm, well, there is only one of me and I don’t fit in the box. I have a unique ability in solving problems and have built my business ethics on exceptional morals. I pride myself in my helpful, generous nature, and utilise my creativity and imagination to develop individual property strategies for each client.
