My name is Hayley-Noon Arnaud, Pam Golding Properties Kloof, Upper Highway Property Specialist.
Property is and always has been in my blood, I grew up around property with a father who was always very active in all sectors of the property market from development, to residential & commercial investment, property broking take overs and mergers. I always knew that my future lay in property. After being awarded a full scholarship where I worked and studied in Geneva, Switzerland I returned home to work with my father – he was a kind man with a big heart and a huge vision…which I shared.
We operated in the inner cities of Johannesburg & Durban buying up once grand old buildings which had turned into slums – making the apartments habitable again with top class security to protect our tenants & signed up key anchor tenants in the commercial & retail areas. We gave the people living in the inner cities a renewed sense of pride and purpose.
I am not only passionate about property, I’m also passionate about people and although I now work in the residential sector, my vision and beliefs have remained the same – I am driven to help people whether it’s in helping you find your forever home, selling your home for the best price in the shortest period of time or finding you an investment that works for you.
