I am Nirvana Maharaj and joined Pam Golding Properties 20 years ago. It has set the pace of my life henceforth. Specializing in residential, sectional and full title sales is my area of expertise. Kempton Park had been home to me for the first 3 years of my career. A lifestyle change led to the acquisition of my first Pam Golding Franchise along the Natal South Coast in 2008. This further led to the Westville Office taken under my wing within 2 years of my first franchise.

These 5 years as a Pam Golding Properties Franchisee allowed me to mentor those new comers into the real estate market and mentor them into believing anything is possible if you believe. Together with my certificate in Real Estate, NQF4 and now NQF5, I am fully equipped to advise on most property related matters. My B.Com Majors in Marketing, Commercial Law and Industrial Psychology allows innovation and the humane side to service your needs. I have always been a humanitarian, yet in 2012, the humanitarian overtook my work life and a two year sabbatical led me to cast my energies in the direction of prison babies in need in South Africa.

Returning to the Johannesburg East office in 2014, more so the Kempton Park area felt like home to me. In my first month I achieved the notable number of sales and mandates award. My compassion and ability to listen to you is the core reason I am able to connect in Serengeti Golf Estate and the surrounding suburbs. I have been blessed to achieve gold club status 95% of my real estate career within the Pam Golding Group.

I love what I do and know it's my passion that makes me hop, skip and jump to work everyday. Serving those mothers and babies in need is how I spend my time away from work. The constant desire to change lives daily and provide hope where it is lost is funded by my career. And when I do get ME time, it is art, meditation and exploring our beautiful country that feeds my soul.
