Hello, I am Kimberly Kirk, a residential property specialist with Pam Golding Properties at the Hyde Park office. With more than thirty years of experience in real estate, I have developed a trusted reputation in Johannesburg’s upper-tier market, focusing on exclusive homes across Westcliff, Saxonwold, Melrose, Parktown, Forest Town, Rosebank, Dunkeld and Birdhaven.
I am a fully qualified property practitioner, holding a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF4), the Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE) designation, and a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC). My qualifications, combined with decades of industry experience, allow me to deliver a high level of service, insight and discretion to every client relationship.
Over the course of my career, I have consistently achieved record-breaking sales and received recognition for both performance and professionalism. My accolades include being named National Agent of the Year on three occasions, receiving the prestigious Lion Award, and earning Top 20 National Finalist honours. I hold GoldClub 30 Year Elite status and have achieved Emerald Circle recognition in seven individual years. In 2025, I was proud to be named a Gauteng GoldClub Agent and a finalist for National Agent of the Year, with additional honours across the Gauteng Agent of the Year categories. I have also been inducted into the Hall of Remarkable, a distinction reserved for agents who demonstrate consistent excellence and commitment to the Pam Golding Properties brand promise.
