I am Nadia Harding and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2014. I specialise in residential sales in Heather Park, however, keep a keen interest in the surrounding areas of George. Back in 2004 I wrote my Estate Agent Affairs Board Examination. Shortly after this, I joined Pam Golding Properties and had my first taste in selling property.
My career changed direction in 2007 and I gathered valuable experience in the Hotel/Tourism/Golf industry. There was no hiding my passion for property and I returned to Pam Golding Properties in 2014. I have completed my NQF4 assignments and wrote my PDE Examination in November 2017. This has ensured that I have the required SAQA qualification and am a fully qualified Property Professional in Real Estate!
I never pass up the opportunities to attend training sessions which are provided to us through the Pam Golding Training Academy and various Conveyancing Attorney Practices. I believe it is essential to remain up to date with the latest trends in the industry and changes in the ever-fluctuating market. It brings me great joy in residing and working in Heather Park. I am able to share my insight knowledge of the local market with clients’ and aid them in making an informed decision around their property purchase.
I like to support the local businesses which in turn provide exciting networking opportunities. I am definitely a people’s person, and there is nothing more rewarding than bringing people and their property together. I pride myself on being an honest and sincere agent with high ethical standards. Many of my clients remain good friends, as they are able to rely on me and trust me with their most valuable investment.
My private time is spent with family and friends. I am a social butterfly - you will find me out and about in town. I belong to various organisations, such as WOW Women’s Club, South African Council of Business Women, George Business Chamber Exco Member and a member of George Methodist Church, to name a few. I am always on the go and use every opportunity to network and essentially grow my business.
