Hi, I am Wilhelm Khumalo. Whilst studying for my degree in Economics, I worked in sales and marketing in a construction company. This was coupled with part-time work assisting estate agents with show days and related tasks. After qualifying for my degree I continued my career as a Sales & Marketing manager with a construction company, yet keeping a keen interest in real estate with my part-time assistant work.
I was offered a junior position at Pam Golding Properties which I swept up without hesitation and began my career specialising in sectional title property in Paulshof and Sunninghill. After time I made the transition to becoming a sole agent in the Pineslopes area, starting with sectional title but soon progressing to full title properties. I am now entrenched in the area and offer valuable advice to my clients. I also cover the Dainfern general area, with success in Fernridge Estate and in complexes such as The William. With my background in construction I am able to provide my clients with informed decisions on the latest architecture contributions, construction technology and market trends, specifically in the Pineslopes, Dainfern Valley, Eagle Trace Estate and Stone River Estate.
When I am not focused on my clients I enjoy relaxing with family and friends and a good movie. I am passionate about exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. This has led to my daily routine which incorporates a variety of activities such as running, crossfit, Olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting.
