Hi, I’m Sharen Byren, I have been a real estate agent with Pam Golding Properties since 2012, and in the industry for 19 years. I specialize in the Luxury Housing Market of residential sales in Monaghan Farm, Blair Athol Golf and Equestrian Estate as well as Helderfontein Estate. My many years in the industry allows me to provide valuable input and expertise to the luxury market. My hard work & determination has recently earned me Pam Golding Gauteng Agent of the Year 2023 for which I am extremely proud of to achieve such a competitive award.
I received my Certificate in Estate Agency in 2004, and furthered my studies in 2012 by receiving my NQF4 & PDE Exam, both qualifications from the Estate Agents Affairs Board.
With an untold passion for the industry, I promise my clients service excellence and commitment. I endeavor to share my valuable insight of the local market with each client, aiding in meeting their personal requirements. It is both a privilege and a joy to assist families with the sale or purchase of their homes.
With limited time away from work, an important part of my life outside of work is health and fitness. I embrace trail running and mountain biking as it offers me the opportunity to simultaneously exercise and surround myself in nature. My deep love for the bush and nature has sent me on many 4x4 adventures into Africa.
