"We put an offer to purchase on a house late 2024 through Pam Golding Properties and more specifically Guy. With his help, we were able to get a good deal on the property, however our worst nightmare happened when the tenant would no longer maintain the property prior to transfer and refused to move out post transfer. Guy’s service was on par with other good agents during the sale, but for me it was his after sales service where he really shone and went the extra mile. Other agents we’ve dealt with previously would disappear after commission receipt, but not Guy. When the tenant finally vacated, it was Guy who assisted us in chasing the previous owner to fix the property in accordance to the OTP. He went so far as to even help with source suppliers and sort out payment to fix damages to the kitchen counter, flooring and plumbing.
