Hi, I am Kim, and property is my passion! I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2001. I specialise in residential sales in Brenthurst, Dalview and Rand Collieries, Brakpan.
With over 15 years in the industry I am still learning new things. The Pam Golding Training Academy provides exceptional resources on real estate training and education to ensure I stay an expert in my field and current on market issues. I am always able to provide the best advice to my clients with regards to property trends and changes. I have completed various certificates and courses furthering my expertise in the industry – Certified Estate Agent (CEA), NQF4, Professional Designation Exam (PDE), Financial Calculations for Investment Analysis – just to name a few, and I am working towards my Continuing Professional Development through the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
