Hello, I’m Audrey. I joined the Pam Golding Properties family in 2005 and, 21 years later, I am as passionate about property and people as ever.
I specialise in residential property sales in La Como Lifestyle Estate, with my primary focus being homes within exclusive estates and gated communities. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in both property sales and rentals, giving me a strong understanding of the market and, most importantly, the people behind every property transaction.
For me, real estate has never simply been about selling houses. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is driving past a home I have sold and seeing the new owners braaiing, entertaining, swimming or simply enjoying life together. Knowing that I played a part in helping a family find the place where they will make memories and build their future is incredibly special to me.
Having completed my NQF4 and PDE4, I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification, complemented by more than two decades of hands-on experience in the residential property industry.
Today, I work alongside my business partner, Bonnie Strauss. Bonnie and I are complete opposites in many ways – and that is exactly why our partnership works so well! We complement one another’s strengths, bringing different personalities, perspectives and approaches to the table, while sharing the same commitment to our clients, exceptional service and achieving the best possible results.
Throughout my career, I have been incredibly proud to be recognised at both regional and national level within Pam Golding Properties, with numerous GoldClub and Agent of the Year accolades.
One of my proudest achievements was being named National Agent of the Year – Residential, Category C | Branch in 2022. More recently, I was named Gauteng Agent of the Year – Residential, Category C in 2025, followed by Second Runner-Up National Agent of the Year – Residential, Category C, also in 2025.
My development sales have also brought significant recognition. I was named Gauteng Agent of the Year – Developments in 2023, Runner-Up in this category in both 2024 and 2026, and was once again recognised as a GoldClub Agent in 2026.
Other career highlights include Gauteng Agent of the Year – Residential, Category C in 2022, Second Runner-Up in the same regional category in 2023, Second Runner-Up National Agent of the Year – Residential in 2020, Runner-Up Inland Provinces Agent of the Year – Residential in 2020, and the Highest GoldClub Value award for the Inland Provinces in 2020.
These awards mean a great deal to me, but the relationships I have built along the way remain my greatest measure of success. Many clients have become friends, and being trusted to guide someone through one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives is something I never take for granted.
Away from property, I love spending time with my family and friends. Social get-togethers, games nights, dinners and outings are some of my favourite ways to unwind.
