Hi, I'm Tracey and I've been selling property with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. I specialise in residential property in Boknes and Cannon Rocks. I also cover the exclusive Kenton Eco Estate. I enjoy the quiet, safe and secure lifestyle our villages offer and spend time enjoying our magnificent unspoiled beach.
I have over 20 years’ experience in property sales and specialise in selling residential property in Boknes and Cannon Rocks. I have consistently held over 50% market shares and am an active member of the community I live and work in. In addition to a passion for property, I love people and take great pleasure in matching a family with the perfect property.
With sellers and buyers most often living far away, it is part of my service to assist with all aspects of the sale, from changing over account details to getting the home staged for those important photographs. Your home is treated as if it were my own, we love the continued after sales activity, from requests for local contacts, to property management and rentals.
I wrote the original board exam (CEA) and I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification. I am happy to go the extra mile and pride myself on offering good, honest professional advice to all my clients. One of my most precious moments is when a client tells me they wouldn’t consider using anyone else because I am just the whole package.
I have received Gold Club status within the Pam Golding organization consecutively for over 15 years and this is an honour amongst itself to be seen as one of the top 20% of their agents. This achievement recognizes agents for service excellence and exceptional property sales, whilst exhibiting the highest level of professionalism. I have had the honour of attending national conferences including the countries of Namibia, Zimbabwe, Turkey and Mauritius amongst others, but home remains my first love, and i would be delighted to share our small towns with you.
