Courtney Templemore-Walters started her career in Education teaching Foundation Phase and special needs children in the Deaf sector. In 2017 she entered real estate part time and fell in love with the industry. Courtney has travelled extensively and worked overseas as well as locally with people of many cultures, ages, and backgrounds.
At the end of 2021 Courtney qualified as a full status agent and left full time teaching to pursue a career as a real estate agent. She is a person of faith, integrity, diligence, and excellence. Courtney uses the four P’s as the backbone of her approach in property and with her clients. Her four P’s are Passion, Proactivity, Punctuality and Productivity. Each word, holding weight of its own, focuses her entire approach towards her sellers and buyers as professionally and as practically as possible.
Courtney Templemore-Walters recognises and values the trust her clients place in her as their real estate agent and strives every day to meet their expectations and ensure they are comfortable and fully informed with the sale and/or purchase of their property.
To balance work, Courtney spends her time at church, hiking and alongside rivers soaking in the fresh air, sounds and smells of nature. She believes that to maintain consistency and momentum in life you need to pour into yourself as much as you pour into others.
Courtney’s expert knowledge and focus in the property market is in the luxury Ebotse Golf and Country Estate, as well as the much-loved residential areas of Farrarmere, Lower Rynfield and Morehill, Benoni. No home is too big or small for Courtney, she sells them all.
