Swindon Property will become Savills’ commercial associate for sub-Saharan Africa and will work closely across the continent with Savills’ long-standing residential associate, Pam Golding Properties, Southern Africa’s premier independent real estate company.
Founded in 2006, Swindon Property offers client advisory and representation services for owners and tenants, with specialised emphasis on leasing, acquisition, sales, valuations and management of property across the commercial, retail and industrial sectors.
