A boys only establishment, it was founded in 1872 by Gould Arthur Lucas and Reverend William Orde Newham, and is one of only 2 schools in South Africa that are full boarding, single sex schools. The college is situated on 1,762 ha which includes 550 ha of wildlife reserve and boasts one of the most beautiful campus’ in the world.
