Situated not far from Pinetown, Westville is set amongst rolling hills, gardens peppered with flowing streams and wide, tree-lined streets. It serves as a gentrified, slower-paced suburb of Durban – possibly because of its history as farming land during the early 1920’s, as it is here that people head for more of a “country” lifestyle.

The fantastic thing about Westville is its easy accessibility to Durban (10.4km) and the King Shaka International Airport (40.5km), whilst still managing to remain a elegant, peaceful and beautiful suburb.

Westville has really become a business centre and has attracted a few major professional companies where it is bounded by the N3 and M19, making it accessible. For many this has provided a desirable “live, work, play” lifestyle. Westville also boasts some of the highest quality government schools which cater well for the multicultural population.

There are also numerous shopping centers and malls such as The Pavilion, Westville Mall and Westville Junction, to name just a few. There are also many Churches, Mosques and Temples in the area, as well as sports clubs and community activities.

The Westville lifestyle revolves primarily around community, comfort and quality.
