The centre comprises 26 suites across assisted living, frail care and memory care, with professional support tailored to residents' individual needs. The dedicated Memory Care wing includes its own secure infinity garden, providing a sheltered outdoor environment for relaxation and gentle engagement.

The Life Rights model provides the right to occupy a suite under the terms of the applicable life rights agreement, rather than full-title ownership. This offers an alternative to purchasing a property outright, within a setting focused on personal well-being and appropriate care.
