Sei Saadiyat brings 778 new apartments for sale to Saadiyat Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The name comes from the Japanese word for stillness and calm, and it sets the tone for the whole community.

The development sits inside Saadiyat Cultural District, close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum, and Manarat Al Saadiyat, all under a ten-minute drive. Abu Dhabi's city centre and the Corniche are twelve minutes away, and Zayed International Airport is twenty-five minutes away. Saadiyat Island recorded AED 13.3 billion in residential sales in the first half of 2026, with apartment values up around 21% year on year, a clear sign of sustained demand on the island.

Sei Saadiyat apartments for sale range from one-bed and two-bed homes to two-bed and three-bed Kanso Residences with a maid's room and study, plus two-bed Kanso Lofts. Starting investment runs from AED 2.95 million for a one-bed to AED 8.4 million for a three-bed Kanso Residence. A 50/50 payment plan spreads the investment across seven instalments through to handover in the fourth quarter of 2030.
