Mandarin Oriental Residences, Saadiyat Cultural District introduces Abu Dhabi's first branded residences under the Mandarin Oriental name, set on Saadiyat Island within immediate reach of the Zayed National Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Comprising 113 homes across one- to four-bedroom residences and five-bedroom penthouses, select units in three- and four-bedroom configurations along with all penthouses include private pools, with sizes ranging from 103 to 2,026 square metres including balconies. Prices start from AED 6.5 million, supported by a 65/35 payment plan, with completion targeted for 2028.

The architecture reflects a contemporary interpretation of Saadiyat's cultural setting, with interiors finished in natural marble, engineered wood, brushed bronze and brass fixtures, and joinery from names such as Gaggenau, Axor, Molteni, and Lutron. Two curated interior themes, dark and light, allow owners to select a palette suited to their taste while maintaining a consistent standard of material quality throughout.
