Blumara Hills - Villa Adenium

Villa Adenium sits on a 1,501 m² plot in the heart of Domaine Héritage, within the Blumara development in Bel Ombre. It is a single-level villa, which is uncommon within the estate. That shapes the way the house is lived in: low, open and easy to move through, with the infinity pool placed at the centre and the rooms arranged around it.

The villa offers 529 m² of built-up space, made up of 354 m² of interior living area and 175 m² of covered terraces, with a further 241 m² of external space. Contemporary in its lines and tropical in its outlook, the design relies on floor-to-ceiling windows and open-plan volumes to carry daylight, and the view of the garden, deep into the house. The living and dining areas open onto generous covered terraces and a pavilion, so that everyday life moves between inside and out. The kitchen is paired with a separate back kitchen and laundry, which keeps the main spaces uncluttered whether the house is hosting or simply being lived in.

The four bedrooms, three of them en suite, are arranged as a collection of pavilions. Each suite opens to the outdoors and keeps its own measure of privacy, which suits a family, longer stays with guests, or a mix of both. Solid oak and yellow balau joinery, local basalt stone cladding and wooden roof shingles set the tone, while ducted air conditioning, cyclone-rated aluminium joinery and integrated lighting are built in. The structure is reinforced concrete, with a 10-year structural guarantee and anti-termite treatment.

From the terraces, the outlook is over the landscaped garden, with a rare glimpse of the sea beyond. Domaine Héritage is a 2,500-hectare estate, and residents have access to two championship golf courses, private beaches, restaurants, and the five-star spas of the Heritage hotels. The estate is secured around the clock, with concierge services and maintained communal areas.

Villa Adenium is currently under development, with completion scheduled for February 2027. A decoration package is available as an optional add-on for buyers who prefer a furnished, turnkey home.
