This elegantly furnished home features a minimalistic design and offers three bedrooms (one queen, one double, and one single bed) with two bathrooms—one with a bath and one with a shower.

The open-plan living and dining area includes a wall-mounted Smart TV and fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The fully equipped kitchen comes with cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans, which can be removed if tenants prefer to use their own. Although the photos doesn't show a washing machine, the landlord will provide one unless the tenants have their own.

The enclosed backyard is pet-friendly (by discretion of the landlord and maximum 2 dogs) and includes a sheltered, private built-in braai area. Enjoy beautiful mountain views and a glimpse of the ocean from the front porch. Wifi and garden services are provided twice a month.
