Nooitgedaght is a well-developed 510-hectare mixed agricultural farm offered as a productive farming enterprise with diverse income streams. An underground PVC pipeline network distributes water across the farm, with water pumped to a balancing dam at the highest point to allow gravity-fed irrigation.
Power is supplied by Eskom electricity and a solar system consisting of 66 panels (620 W each) with a total capacity of approximately 40.9 kW. The solar installation operates irrigation pumps and contributes to electricity savings of around R20,000 per month.
The main farmhouse offers comfortable family living with five bedrooms over two levels, including a main en-suite bedroom, additional bathroom facilities, a TV/dining room with fireplace, large stoep, outside braai area, swimming pool, outside room, storeroom, and enclosed garden.
