The property forms a large bowl where water collects towards the centre of the property. Windmills and solar pumps supply the water for livestock and lodge. A number of maintained earthen dams slow down waterways resulting in good vegetation development and habitat enhancement.

A good farming infrastructure is well maintained with good jackal proof fences and roads for access as well as watering points throughout. The farm has magnificent panoramic views of the distant mountain ranges.

Current farm use is for mainly for hunting as well as livestock production. A large number of plains game include springbok, blesbok and zebra. Free ranging kudu also traverse the farm.

A hunting lodge with 3 rondavels, one long-davel, a big room and an owner/PH separate kitchen, dining room and lounge which has 3 king-size beds and 12 single beds or 18 single beds. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
