House to rent in Voelklip

This family friendly furnished home is excellently located short walking distance to the popular and awe inspiring Grotto Beach, in Voëlklip, Hermanus. A great home away from home, but not available over December and January.

From the driveway (and garage with manual garage doors), a door and stairway takes you to the first floor entrance into the house; the braai area is on the patio next to the front door. The sea is visible through the trees on this level.

The front door leads into the dining room and a small stairway to the left takes you to the elevated living room with fireplace and sliding doors to the balcony with lovely ocean views. The study nook is just off the living room.

Sliding doors divide the outside braai area from the dining room. To the right of the dining room is the kitchen, with electric stove and the necessary appliances.

Walk passed the kitchen to the bedroom wing, with three bedrooms in a row. The shared bathroom is to the far left and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom is in the far right corner.

A door leads to the small backyard with a small room in the left corner - a cosy teen pad. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet at the back of the house which services this room.

Electricity is pre-paid. The rental includes the cost of wifi, twice-monthly garden services, municipal services and water usage.

Up to two medium size dogs may be permitted at owner discretion and an extra deep clean deposit.

Note that most of the house is carpeted and therefore not suitable for people with severe allergies. There are stairs throughout the house which makes the house not suitable for people with mobility constraints. The TV is not a Smart TV and Tenants can connect their own DSTV account.

Terms:

* Applicants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* A refundable security deposit of R30,000 and a once-off R1,500 contract fee is payable once the contract is finalized.

* Tenants to provide their own linen, bedding and towels.
