A cosy garden flatlet for a single person. The living area with kitchenette offers basic furniture and appliances (no stove), and the bedroom and ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet) are separate.

The flatlet is below the main house. Parking is off-street. Entrance to the flatlet is private and there is a sunny patio area at its front door. Note that the flat doesn't have a washing machine and tenants generally uses one of the very efficient laundromats in town.

The location towards the end of Voëlklip is conveniently located near beaches and the main road to Stanford.

The rental includes water, electricity (including solar), DSTV and wifi.

Terms:

* Tenants have to agree to the landlord's conditions in terms of limitations to visitors (one overninght visitor for max 4 nights per month), noise, etc.

* Weekly cleaning by the housekeeper is required.

* The landlord has a very friendly medium breed dog who shares the back yard with the tenant.

* Tenants will be screened according to standard procedures.

* Once the lease agreement is signed, a refundable security deposit of R7,100 is payable, plus R1500 contract fee. The first month's rental is due at least 5 days before occupation.
