It is a 10 to 15 minute drive to the CBD of Hermanus with all its glories plus schools and amenities.

The yard is enclosed on the sides and the back, and it has a low wall in the front enabling uninterrupted close-up ocean views. The vehicle entrance is not gated and therefore the property is not ideal for young children (who may run into the small street when unattended).
